Unusual workout?


I saw someone in the gym the other day doing a handstand. I figured he was just showing off to buddies, like a lot of people love to do in the gym for some reason. Like showing off to a bunch of guys is getting a lot accomplished. But after a few seconds i noticed he was doing a handstand pushup. (self explanatory)

so i tried it myself, and it was a great addition to my workout routine. I took out military presses for these handstand push ups. Just make sure your hands are even with each other, if not this can actually injure your shoulder blades, and rotator cuffs.

This is a great workout just to mix things up, and have a little more fun. And mixing up exercises you do in a routine can actually help build muscle faster. Because your muscles become accustomed to doin the same thing, so switching it up is a great way to reach greater highs of strength.
