In the last post

Steroids

So i talked to you about the legal ways to increase muscle mass incredibly. Now the not so legal way, and why you shouldnt ever take steroids. 1 kidney failure, 2 terrible mood swings, 3 shrinkage of your package basically, 4 liver failure, must i need go on? I mean yes you would get amazing results and youd love the way you look. But your body would be screaming on the inside. And if you want to have much more pride in yourself. Just do the workouts on your own. Take the time.
